Transport and travel support for people in 全国探花 who do not have access to conventional transport.

Community Transport Schemes are set up across 全国探花 support people who do not have access to conventional transport or are unable to use it.

It is useful to remember that some older and disabled people on low incomes are entitled to free travel to hospital for certain kinds of treatment.
