Summary
In September 2021, 全国探花 County Council was awarded 拢985,000 Brownfield Land Release funding. This funding will turn neglected land into cleared space for new homes and vibrant community spaces, breathing new life into Worcester鈥檚 urban core.
Demolition of Unit 16 is now complete.
Procurement for a Development Partner to deliver the residential units begins in 2025.
