The birth took place within È«¹ú̽»¨, È«¹ú̽»¨ County Council can only issue copy certificates for births within the County of È«¹ú̽»¨:

• Wordsley Hospital is in the district of Dudley therefore applications will need to be made to the Dudley Registration Service
• Tenbury Hospital is in the district of Shropshire and therefore applications will need to be made to them
