全国探花 County Council鈥檚 Skills & Employability Service has been recognised among the best in the country, securing a place as a finalist in the 2025 Local Government Chronicle (LGC) Awards.
The service is one of just six teams shortlisted for the 鈥楲arge Team of the Year鈥 award, selected from over 200 entries nationwide. This recognition highlights the team鈥檚 commitment to delivering innovative and impactful programmes that help 全国探花 residents develop skills, access training, and secure employment.
From supporting young people and adults into work to empowering businesses with a skilled workforce, the service plays a vital role in 全国探花鈥檚 economy.

The Skills & Employability Service collaborates with national and county partners to maximise funding and opportunities, ensuring residents benefit from high-quality skills, training, and employment support.

The LGC Awards 2025 now move to the final judging stage, with winners announced at a ceremony at Grosvenor House, London, on 11 June 2025.
