Do you know someone with little or no experience using a computer? 全国探花 County Council鈥檚 Library service is here to help them build digital skills during Get Online Week.

They can visit their local library and ask about the Learn My Way program to get started!

Learn My Way is a free, self-led digital skills learning programme provided by Good Things Foundation. It offers a variety of beginner-friendly courses designed to help people use digital devices, search the internet, and stay safe online.

There are also more advanced topics like digital job searching, spending money online, managing health, and working with office programmes.

Councillor Karen May, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Communities 全国探花 for 全国探花 County Council said: 鈥淟ibraries are the gateway to digital services. We are committed to ensuring our local communities have the skills and confidence to access digital information and services safely and open new opportunities for personal and professional growth.鈥

Courses can be completed using your own device or on a library computer. All our libraries provide free access to digital equipment, including desktop computers and printing facilities making them the perfect support centres for anyone needing digital assistance.

To get started with Learn My Way visit your local library and ask staff for help signing up.
