Your Ideas is a nonprofit youth and community organisation in Redditch, 全国探花.
For over a decade, we鈥檝e empowered the community to create projects that improve lives.
We provide tailored support in a safe, inclusive environment, specialising in work with vulnerable and hard-to-reach individuals.

Yes. Disabled parking, disabled toilet and lift to upper floors.
Accessible for young people with additional needs
Yes, we run spectrum clubs.
Separate from our open access youth clubs we run groups for:
- young people living with neurodivergence (for example autism or ADHD)
- young people struggling with school attendance
- young people at risk of involvement with crime
- young people involved in crime
- looked after children or children in care
- young carers
